About the Team
Nuneaton and Bedworth Family Help Team are looking for two Social Workers who are committed to making a difference for children aged 0‑18. The team supports families on a Child In Need basis through child protection, PLO, court work, children in care and adoption. We offer a supportive management team, an established ASYE, ongoing training and a clear career pathway.

About the Role
We are recruiting for the role of Social Worker in our Duty & Assessment Pod and a Social Worker within our Support & Intervention Pod within Stratford Family Help Team.

Key Requirements
Applicants for the role will need a professional Social Work qualification and Social Work England Registration. Newly Qualified Social Workers are welcome to apply.
Market Supplement and Pay Grades
* Year 1 Newly Qualified Social Worker – Grade J
* Year 2 Social Worker – Grade K
* Year 3 Senior Social Worker – Grade L
* Year 4 Advanced Social Worker – Grade N
* Experienced Social Worker – Grade K, L, N – up to £51,726.00 per annum (includes a £3,500 pro‑rated market supplement, subject to pension, tax and NI deductions).
Relocation Allowance up to £8,000 may be available from 1 April 2026 if the relevant policy criteria are met (terms and conditions apply).

Additional Information
