About the role
As Senior Community Health Navigator you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting adults across BSW (BaNES, Swindon & Wiltshire), leading and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Community Health Navigator and Administration team. Based at The Orbital in Swindon, you’ll provide clear, supportive line management, overseeing workload allocation, performance, absence management, one-to-ones, appraisals and training – ensuring the team delivers high-quality, timely support.
This is a fast-paced, people-focused role suited to someone highly organised, proactive and confident in their communication. You’ll work closely with clients and stakeholders, handling sensitive and confidential information with care, empathy and professionalism, while recognising when to collaborate with the wider multidisciplinary team. What You’ll Be Doing
* Oversee the day-to-day management of the Adult Administrator and Community Health Navigator SPA workforce, ensuring effective rotas are in place and adapted as needed to maintain full service cover.
* Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and the multidisciplinary team; handle sensitive and confidential information with care, empathy and professionalism.
