Academics are seeking a resilient and compassionate Behaviour Support Worker to join the team at a specialist SEN school in Cirencester, Gloucestershire. The school supports children aged 5-11 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, many of whom have faced a traumatic childhood, challenging behaviour, or early experiences of neglect.
This Behaviour Support role is ideal for individuals interested in education, psychology, youth work, or social care. No prior experience is required but previous experience with children is desirable.
The Behaviour Support Worker Role:
Supporting and assisting students with emotional regulation and behaviour management inside and outside the classroom.

Working alongside teachers, therapists, and external professionals to deliver consistent, tailored support.
Encouraging positive behaviour strategies and fostering resilience.
