About the Role In this role, you will: Contact service users following receipt of their referral to promote the programme, offer support and resources, and deliver outstanding customer service Conduct initial assessments during booking calls, including triage for further coaching calls where appropriate Carry out routine and ad hoc administrative duties to support the smooth running of the service, including data entry, document management, and scheduling Monitor and manage the shared mailbox, ensuring all incoming queries are acknowledged and responded to promptly and professionally This is a role where your attention to detail and communication skills will really make a difference.
