Key Requirements
* Comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of taxation, particularly advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and wealth protection structures.
* Proven experience managing a portfolio of clients, overseeing engagement, billings, and identifying new opportunities.
* Expertise in providing private client and trust compliance and advisory services, while utilizing shared service resources effectively.
* Understanding of risk management within client engagement and the firm\'s operations.
Leadership & Development
* Guide, supervise, and mentor less experienced colleagues, fostering their growth while enhancing your leadership capabilities.
* Champion continuous improvement by challenging current practices and leading the charge for change.
* Take ownership of decisions and actions, both for yourself and others, while driving key projects of varying complexity.
* Support the firm\'s growth by identifying and capitalizing on business development opportunities.
Qualifications
* Degree educated and CTA and/or ACA qualified (or equivalent).
* Strong track record in managing complex tax advisory services, including succession planning, restructuring, and reviewing intricate UK tax computations and returns.
Your Role in Progressing to Directorship
* Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients with complex needs, working alongside directors and partners to deliver a personalized, client-focused service.
* Oversee WIP, recoveries, and billing while ensuring adherence to the firm\'s quality control procedures.
* Actively contribute to business development by identifying risks, technical challenges, and opportunities for growth.
