Hybrid - Three days in the office and two days working from home
This is a senior marketing role within a growing automotive parts manufacturer, focused on driving brand visibility, lead generation, and commercial growth across a multi channel environment.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will take ownership of the marketing strategy, ensuring activity is aligned to sales performance and wider business objectives.
The Role
You will be responsible for building and delivering a structured marketing plan that drives demand and strengthens engagement across key customer segments, including distributors and end users.
The role combines strategic oversight with hands on delivery, with a clear focus on measurable commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver a marketing strategy aligned to business growth objectives
* Drive demand generation campaigns to support pipeline and revenue
* Manage marketing communications across digital, content, and events
* Work closely with sales to align marketing activity with commercial priorities
* Monitor performance across lead generation, engagement, and campaign ROI
* Manage marketing budget and report on contribution to revenue
* Lead and develop a small marketing team
What We Are Looking For
* Minimum seven years B2B marketing experience, ideally within manufacturing
* Strong commercial mindset with a focus on revenue and lead generation
* Experience delivering multi channel marketing campaigns in a B2B environment
* Ability to operate both strategically and hands on
* Comfortable working cross functionally with sales and senior stakeholders
