Key Responsibilities
* Lead a small team of reporting developers, providing clear direction, coaching and support to deliver high‑quality reporting solutions.
* Ensure reports are accurate, consistent and aligned to business needs, translating data into actionable insight.
* Work closely with the Head of Data and stakeholders across the business to shape and deliver a reporting service that meets organisational priorities.
* Build strong relationships with technical and non‑technical colleagues, understand reporting requirements, and promote a culture of data ownership, quality and effective use of insight.
Key Requirements and Qualifications
* Proven experience in reporting and analytics.
* Strong people leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a high‑performing team.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong technical capability in Power BI, SQL, Python and Databricks.
Location and Working Hours
Minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues at one of our offices (Eastleigh, Horndean, Bracknell or Yeovil) and the other two days can be worked from a place of your choosing (office, café or home).
