Our client is a leading 4-star London hotel based in Kensington. We are actively seeking a passionate and experienced Engineering Manager to oversee all aspects of property maintenance, safety and operational excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role within a high-performing team, supporting a busy, guest-focused environment.

Engineering Manager requirements:
Experience in engineering leadership within a 4-star hotel or similar environment
Strong technical background (HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing) with relevant training or qualifications
Confident manager with excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach
Positive, people-focused and able to lead by example
Comfortable working across a large, fast-paced property
