EDiscovery Coordinator – Legal Tech | Law Firm | London (Hybrid)
Salary negotiable: Range £75,000-£90,000
Singatus are recruiting for a global law firm based in London who are searching for an eDiscovery Coordinator to join its Central Legal Operations team. You’ll support large-scale litigation and investigation matters across the UK, US, and global offices, with the opportunity to help shape best-in-class processes and technology adoption in a fast-evolving field.
This is a high-impact role where you'll work alongside senior stakeholders, legal technologists, and external partners to ensure defensible, efficient, and secure handling of electronically stored information (ESI).
What you’ll be doing:
* Manage the processing, organisation, and review of digital data to support litigation and regulatory matters.
* Operate eDiscovery platforms and support users with technical configurations, searches, batching, and troubleshooting.
* Maintain chain of custody documentation and ensure compliance with defensibility standards.
* Provide internal training and guidance to legal teams on the use of eDiscovery tools.
* Work closely with global teams (UK, US, EU) to coordinate projects and streamline delivery.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in legal tech and knowledge systems.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in eDiscovery, legal technology, or digital forensics within a law firm or professional services environment.
* Familiarity with tools like Relativity, Nuix, or similar legal review platforms.
* Ability to manage large datasets and navigate complex data workflows with attention to security and accuracy.
* Confident working with lawyers, tech specialists, and external vendors to support client delivery.
* A background in law, information governance, or data processing — ideally degree-educated.
