Customer Service Representative Location: Hungerford, England, United Kingdom, RG17 0QP Company: Chart Industries The Role Due to a pending retirement, CPI (part of the Howden Group) are recruiting for an Customer Service Representative to join our site based in Hungerford. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as you will be responsible for providing support to our Area Sales Managers, agents and customers and liaising with the workshop on product delivery. You will be required to process orders efficiently, prepare technical/commercial proposals, produce reliable quotations, and handle other general administration work. Who are we? What you will do - Process orders efficiently, prepare technical/commercialproposals, produce reliable quotations, and handle other general administration work. - Progress outstanding quotations to ensure order targets andforecasting requirements are met. - Providing support to our Area Sales Managers andcustomers and liaising with the workshop on product delivery. - Deploya continuous improvement approach to all aspects of your role - You will liaise with other departments to improve workflow processes where possible What do you bring?
