Position: Warehouse Associate
Location: Chiswick, UK - Fully on-site
Client: CRO
Main Responsibilities
* Handle the receipt, storage, and shipment of pharmaceutical and related products in line with company SOPs
* Support inventory control, including stock tracking and cycle counts using internal systems
* Maintain accurate and compliant documentation for shipments, receipts, and controlled substances
* Assist with logistics tasks, including arranging courier services when needed
* Contribute to warehouse upkeep, including equipment maintenance, validation activities, and safety checks (e.g. pest control, contingency testing)
* Provide administrative support across warehouse operations, logistics, and quality teams
* Manage warehouse supplies and shipping materials to ensure smooth operations
* Ensure all activities comply with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and internal quality standards
Main Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree preferred (ideally in science or supply chain)
* Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or temperature-controlled storage is an advantage
* Familiarity with inventory management systems/software preferred
* Ability to lift and move goods (up to 50 lbs) and operate warehouse equipment (e.g. pallet jack)
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* Good written and verbal communication abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
* ERP experience (preferred)
