<div><h3>Marketing Operations Associate | Hedge Fund | London | Full-Time</h3><p>Were partnering with a highly regarded, London-based hedge fund specialist to find a Marketing Operations Associate for their growing Marketing and Communications team.</p><p>This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a process-driven environment and wants to build their career at the intersection of financial services and marketing operations.</p><h3>The Opportunity</h3><p>You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and Communications, playing a key role in the production and delivery of investor-facing marketing materials, workflow coordination, and the ongoing development of marketing infrastructure. There is genuine scope to contribute to process improvement — including working with proprietary presentation systems and in-house developers to build more efficient templates and workflows.</p><h3>What You’ll Be Doing</h3><ul><li>Managing the production and distribution of marketing materials via proprietary presentation automation tools</li><li>Coordinating compliance approvals for marketing content</li><li>Overseeing version control for design updates and change requests</li><li>Supporting project management, team coordination, and internal trackers</li><li>Quality-checking presentations, spreadsheets, and external-facing materials</li><li>Providing back-up support across website management and WordPress maintenance</li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><ul><li>Experience in a marketing, operational, or administrative role
