The The Cricketers, known for its beautiful rooms and locally sourced food, is looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. Working closely with the General Manager, we are seeking an experienced professional with a drive to meet and exceed financial expectations with a passion for delivering a great guest experience.
Overview
We are a Chestnut property located in the East Anglia region, offering a restaurant and rooms experience. We are growing and value our team members, providing flexible hours to suit personal commitments and a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire the Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams to achieve high standards of service.
* Collaborate closely with other management within the property to ensure a seamless guest experience.
* Lead guests through all aspects of an enjoyable restaurant/hotel experience.
* Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a cohesive and high-performing team.
* Manage wet stock within the property.
* Drive financial performance by meeting and surpassing financial expectations.
* Cultivate a positive and motivated work environment, ensuring all team members perform to their best abilities.
* Cash management.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Experience in leading hospitality teams and delivering high standards of service.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills with other management.
* Customer-focused with a passion for delivering a great guest experience.
