Class 2 Driver Immediate Start Available We are recruiting an experienced Class 2 Driver in Swadlincote for ongoing, full-time work delivering building supplies.
This is a long-term Class 2 Driver role offering consistent hours, organised routes, and reliable weekly earnings. As a Class 2 Driver , you will complete between 3 and 8 deliveries per day to commercial customers, trade counters, builders' merchants, and construction sites across the region.

Key Responsibilities Class 2 Driver Drive a Class 2 (Cat C) vehicle on scheduled delivery routes
Deliver building supplies to customer sites and trade locations
Complete between 38 deliveries per day
Secure loads using ratchet straps and load restraint equipment
Carry out daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
Complete delivery paperwork accurately
Ensure safe and timely deliveries
Follow driver hours, WTD, and road safety regulations
Requirements Class 2 Driver Valid Class 2 (Cat C) licence
Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
At least 9 months recent Class 2 driving in the last year (Tacho checked)
Ratchet strapping experience essential
Strong level of English
Maximum of 6 penalty points (no major endorsements)
Reliable, professional, and safety-focused
What You Get £16.00 per hour (PAYE)
Average 4550 hours per week
