Key job responsibilities
1. Provide calendar management support to 2-3 Leaders.
2. Draft and distribute correspondence, prepare reports, complete expense reports, and maintain files.
3. Support the CS team by organizing site meetings, room scheduling, meeting follow-ups, trouble tickets, badge replacements, etc.
4. Lead various special projects in partnership with site stakeholders, including event planning and other tasks.
5. Partner with Accounts Payable to ensure timely payment of invoices, maintain procurement accounts, track accounts payable, and prepare monthly reports.
6. Manage travel arrangements for leadership team and other business events.
7. Support managers with remote and in-person engagement activities.
8. Assist in organizing employee and community events.
9. Schedule, track, and coordinate all activities and events.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree.
* Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
* Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience with executive-level calendar management.
* Additional experience with Microsoft Office applications is a plus.
