Key Responsibilities
* Provide teaching assistant support within a class during morning sessions.
* Cover classes and lead targeted interventions in the afternoons.
* Lead whole-class teaching effectively under teacher direction, delivering a broad range of curriculum subjects.
* Build positive, trusting relationships with children across the school.
* Confidently implement our approaches to inclusion, behaviour management, and safeguarding policies with consistency.
* Deliver high-quality interventions that support good rates of pupil progress.
Required Qualifications and Experience
* Proven experience supporting teaching and learning in a classroom setting.
* Ability to lead whole-class teaching sessions with confidence and effectiveness.
* Skilled in delivering curriculum content across a range of subjects.
* Strong understanding of inclusive practises, behaviour management, and safeguarding requirements.
* Experience in leading interventions that improve pupil outcomes.

This post is covered by the Childcare Disqualification Regulations 2018.
