Right now, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant to join the team at our care home. Whether we're providing long or short-term, convalescence, respite or palliative care, our focus is on providing the highest quality service at all times.
As a Care Assistant under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you’ll support the physical and emotional well-being and social needs of residents, including personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals. You’ll help residents maintain dignity and individuality through involvement in general activities within the care home.
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility; you will recognise signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect, undertake safeguarding training, and know how to seek advice and report concerns.

Responsibilities
* Provide personal care support (washing, personal hygiene, dressing) and assist with meals under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
* Deliver care with compassion, ensuring residents’ dignity and individuality are preserved.
* Support residents with mobility and use of aids where needed.
* Offer emotional support to residents and contribute to their overall well-being.
* Participate in activities and daily routines within the care home.
* Safeguard residents by recognising signs of abuse or neglect and escalate concerns as required.
