THE ROLE
* Financial Adviser
* New business IFA
* Develop client relationships and grow AUM
* Access to in-house leads and clients
* Advising clients locally in your area of the country
* Conduct fact-find meetings with new and existing clients
* Create sound financial plans to support client financial goals

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
* Diploma Level 4 Qualified Financial Adviser
* Minimum 3 years' Financial Adviser experience
* Experience providing holistic financial advice
* Proven track record of success
* Networking skills
* Experienced in new client acquisition
* Proven ability to generate business through referrals
* Looking to develop a personal book of clients
* Able to transfer clients and AUM
* Ideal for advisers with an existing client base, seeking a superior proposition
