Quality Auditor We are seeking a skilled and motivated Quality Auditor for the South, to provide third-line management with insightful, constructive feedback on our Quality Management System (QMS). This role involves sampling and testing during quality audits to ensure compliance, improve performance, and support continuous improvement across the organisation. Please note that travel will be required for this role, both to Marston offices and to client sites. What you will be doing: Conduct sampling and testing activities to verify compliance with applicable quality standards. Complete accurate and detailed working papers to support audit findings. Prepare and deliver clear audit reports and communicate findings effectively to auditees and senior management. Maintain up-to-date professional and technical knowledge of the QMS and relevant standards. Contribute to the successful delivery of the quality audit plan, collaborating closely with first-line functions. Travel as required, including potential overnight stays. Hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to drive for work-related purposes. Perform any additional duties as required by the Quality team. What we are looking for: Certified Internal Auditor to ISO 9001, trained through a UKAS-accredited third-party provider. Demonstrated experience in internal audit and investigative procedures. Strong understanding of financial compliance, anti-money laundering, and business best practices. Knowledge of legal and regulatory obligations relevant to the business. Proficient communicator—both written and verbal—across various media platforms. Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Visio (basic to intermediate level).
