Key responsibilities
1. Delivering NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using both in-store and digital tools
2. Leading professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance
3. Monitoring, evaluating, and continually improving standards of care and safety
4. Working with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team
5. Growing talent that reflects the communities we serve; coaching, mentoring and supporting your colleagues every step of the way.
6. Representing Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals
What you'll need to have (our must-haves)
7. Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
8. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
9. Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting
10. Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services
11. A collaborative, team-first mindset and an eagerness to coach and guide others

13. A strong understanding of local clinical networks

Need To Know
We're looking for two Part time, relief weekend pharmacist in South West London out of our Kingston Store.
These roles will be working both Saturday and Sunday, across the area. Totally 14 hours each.
You must be a GPHC registered Pharmacist.
Our stores offer a full range of NHS an private services.
