At Eco Funding For Homes Ltd, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive ECO4 Compliance Officer to support our operations under the Energy Company Obligation (ECO4) scheme.
As an ECO4 Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely submission of energy efficiency measures to Funders/Utilities. Your work will help ensure compliance with scheme requirements and contribute to the successful delivery of our retrofit projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and process ECO4 submissions, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
* Liaise with installers, assessors, and internal teams to gather necessary evidence and resolve any data discrepancies.
* Upload and manage documents in internal systems and funder portals.
* Monitor submission progress and provide regular reports on status and performance.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ECO4 scheme requirements, updates, and industry changes.
* Assist with internal audits and prepare for external compliance checks.
Requirements
* Previous experience in ECO schemes (ideally ECO4) or similar energy efficiency programmes is essential
* Experience using industry wide systems such as Pashub, Funder Hub/Partner Portal etc.
* Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital platforms and databases.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
* Knowledge of retrofit processes, PAS2035, and Ofgem compliance requirements is highly desirable.
