Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Flexibility required during peak times)

Due to continued growth and expansion we are currently looking to recruit an Skilled Bench Joiner to join our business in Burton upon Trent on a permanent basis. The starting salary is up to £42000
per annum and the working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Flexibility required during peak times.)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Craft and assemble bespoke wooden products to precise specifications.
• Read and work from technical drawings, plans, and measurements.
• Operate a range of woodworking machinery and tools with confidence.
• Ensure all products meet the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and project goals.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Experience and Skills:
• Proven experience as a skilled Bench Joiner (ideally with 5 years in the field).
• A meticulous approach and a commitment to excellent craftsmanship.
• Experience working with a variety of materials, including hardwoods, softwoods.
• Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, tools, and machinery.
• The ability to accurately interpret and work from technical drawings.
• A proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
• A strong focus on health and safety in the workplace
