We're looking for a strategic, commercially driven Senior Buyer to take ownership of key departments - serving the existing customer with precision, while identifying new opportunities to grow market share, excite new consumers, and build relevant, forward-thinking product assortments that live up to the brand's standards.
Your Impact As The Senior Buyer:
1. Lead from the front: Build and present impactful lessons-learned decks for Heads of Department and Directors, turning insight into strategy.
2. Coach and challenge: Guide, motivate, and hold your team accountable as they manage and trade their own subcategories.
3. Be the standard bearer: Set the tone for excellence - supporting day-to-day, celebrating wins, and addressing challenges with clarity and pace.
4. Shape the offer: Collaborate with your Merchandiser to build commercially strong, brand-aligned ranges that protect bestsellers and introduce constant newness.
