We are recruiting for an experienced, qualified Chartered Surveyor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys, collecting data, and preparing accurate reports to assist in the planning and development of various projects. The Surveyor will utilise advanced technology and software tools to ensure precision in measurements and data management, contributing to the successful completion of projects. Duties * Conduct land surveys using a variety of surveying instruments and techniques. * Collect, analyse, and manage data related to land features, boundaries, and topography. * Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure project requirements are met. * Prepare reports documenting survey findings, methodologies, and recommendations. * Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards in all surveying activities. * Maintain accurate records of surveys and data management processes.
