Sponsorship Sales Manager – Technology & Events | B2B Sales | Sponsorship & Partnership Roles | Ware, Hertfordshire
Location: Ware, Hertfordshire – Office-Based / Hybrid Options Available
Salary: £35,000 – £55,000 + Uncapped Commission
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
We are partnering with a leading technology events and sponsorship sales company to recruit a dynamic Sponsorship Sales Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in B2B sponsorship sales, technology sales, or event sponsorship sales to join a fast-growing, industry-leading organisation.
You will be responsible for developing and executing sponsorship sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and building strategic relationships with senior decision-makers across the technology, cybersecurity, and events sectors. This role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and excellent career progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sponsorship revenue growth through proactive B2B sales and event sponsorship sales.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and senior decision-makers in the technology and cybersecurity industries.
Deliver tailored and persuasive sponsorship sales presentations and proposals.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closing high-value sponsorship deals.
Collaborate closely with marketing and event production teams to design compelling sponsorship packages that maximize client ROI.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipelines and CRM records.
Meet and exceed ambitious sales targets within a competitive, fast-paced sales environment.Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in B2B sponsorship sales, event sales, or technology sales.
Demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets and driving sponsorship revenue growth.
Strong ability to engage, negotiate and build trusted relationships with senior-level decision-makers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organised with strong project and time management abilities.
Knowledge of the technology and cybersecurity market is a distinct advantage.What’s on Offer:
