About the Role: As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be central to providing the personalised, dignified, and respectful care that each of our residents deserves. Our team supports individuals living with a range of complex needs including physical disabilities, dementia, and mental health conditions related to age. Your role will include: * Assisting residents with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and toileting * Supporting individuals with mobility and maintaining independence where possible * Helping with mealtimes and nutritional support * Encouraging participation in social activities and companionship * Monitoring and recording residents’ conditions and reporting any changes to senior staff * Maintaining a clean and safe environment in line with health and safety standards * Collaborating with nurses, senior carers, and management to deliver tailored care plans Whether you're working a day or night shift, your care and presence will directly improve residents’ wellbeing and quality of life.
