Our client, a leading global brand in the consumer tech space, is seeking an experienced Senior Key Account Manager to join its London-based retail team. This position will lead major retail partnerships across both online and offline channels, driving growth, profitability, and long-term collaboration with some of the UK’s most influential retail partners.
In this role, you will take ownership of strategic relationships with key national accounts, developing and delivering joint business plans that elevate category performance and strengthen overall brand visibility. Working closely with marketing, product, supply chain and finance teams, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience across every touchpoint.
To be successful in this role you will bring a proven track record of managing major national retail accounts within consumer tech or a closely related sector. You will combine strong commercial acumen with a data-led approach to decision-making, alongside exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
