Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate import and export shipments across road, air, and sea
* Liaise with carriers, agents, and customers to ensure smooth, timely deliveries
* Prepare and manage all shipping documentation (bills of lading, invoices, etc.)
* Provide quotations and negotiate rates with suppliers and clients
* Track shipments and proactively resolve any issues during transit
* Ensure full compliance with international trade and customs regulations
Experience & Skills Required
* Must have previous freight forwarding experience - 100 % essential
* Strong familiarity with customs procedures and documentation
* Knowledge of customs and international shipping regulations
* Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills
* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy operational environment
