Scarpetta Cucina Italiana is a new independent, family run restaurant on George Street in Edinburgh.
We are currently looking for an experienced Pizza Chef. Training will be provided on site under Scarpetta standards and regulations.
With our handmade dough, authentic Italian ingredients and passion for delivering authentic Neapolitan pizza to be proud of we are looking to add Pizza chefs to our team who are just as passionate.
Further to benefits included with the role we also provide the following for staff members:

Responsibilities for the role include:
* making our delicious dough ahead of service
* topping our tasty creations during service
* maintaining cleaning standards
* maintaining due diligence records
* assisting with training of team
* Opening and stretching pizzas Neapolitan style
* Experience with Fryer's and assisting fellow chef's during service with starters and sides
* Serving food in a fast paced high pressure environment
* Keeping kitchen clean and tidy
* Ensuring food safety protocols are followed
* Assisting with orders
