English Teacher – Bridlington
Full-Time | Secondary School | Immediate or September Start
Pay: £150 – £200 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Teaching Personnel is working closely with a well-regarded secondary school in Bridlington, who are seeking a dedicated English Teacher to join their team. This full-time position is to begin as soon as possible, or from September 2025, and will involve teaching English across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Role responsibilities:
* Planning and delivering high-quality English lessons in line with the national curriculum
* Creating an engaging and inclusive classroom environment that promotes a love for reading and writing
* Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
* Supporting pupils of all abilities, including those with additional learning needs
* Contributing to departmental planning and school initiatives
The ideal candidate will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Have experience teaching English at secondary level (KS3 and KS4)
* Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and classroom management skills
* Be passionate about raising attainment and inspiring students through literature and language
* Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
