Key Responsibilities of Electro-mechanical Assembly Operator: Assemble telecoms equipment (mechanical/electro-mechanical), including fibre optics (full training provided). Follow detailed procedures, drawings, and safety standards. Use tools and equipment to support the assembly process and maintain accurate records Conduct quality checks and escalate issues as needed Handle materials and contribute to continuous improvement efforts Hours of Work (mandatory): 2-week rotation of Days and Nights (42.5 hrs/week): Days: Mon-Thurs, 6am-5:45pm/5:15pm Nights: Mon-Thurs, 6pm-5:15am Why Join?
