HR Systems Manager - Hybrid working

We are currently recruiting for an HR Systems Manager to lead the development and maintenance of our HR and training systems. This is a key role supporting our continued growth across London and the South of England, and contributing to employee engagement and retention especially across Hertfordshire and neighbouring counties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the delivery and improvement of our HR systems, ensuring they are accessible, efficient, and aligned with company values.
* Optimise our use of MHR's iTrent HR system, identifying opportunities to automate and streamline processes.
* Support the implementation and management of learning management systems.
* Champion employee engagement and a positive workplace culture through smart system design and data-driven insights.
What We are Looking For:
* Proven experience in HR systems administration and LMS management
* In-depth knowledge of MHR iTrent
* Strong communication and time management skills
* Ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and work both independently and as part of a team
