We operate within a flexible hybrid working model; on‑site requirements vary by project, so the ability to travel as required is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Architect and lead the Salesforce technical architecture and integration strategy across multiple clouds.
* Guide and mentor developers in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), API development, and related technologies.
* Oversee code quality, peer reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
* Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to plan and deliver sprint outcomes.
* Introduce best practices in DevOps, performance optimisation, and design scalability.
Essential Qualifications
* Extensive Salesforce development and architecture experience.
* Proven ability to define and deliver scalable, secure Salesforce solutions.
* Expertise in Apex, LWC, API integration, and CI/CD processes.
* Experience leading and mentoring technical teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
* Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills are essential for success in this role.
