Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour; this increases to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
It is our policy to offer new colleagues joining us a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you would like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we have opportunities for this too and would still love to hear from you.
The availability windows show the periods of time in the week we would like you to be available to work. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times, and you’ll have 3 weeks' notice of exactly when your shifts will be. We are happy to support flexibility for our colleagues; if your available times match closely but not exactly to the advertised times, we would still love to hear from you. Click here to read more.

* Sun 10:00–15:00
* Mon 13:00–18:00
* Thu 07:00–12:00
* Fri 07:00–12:00
* Sat 12:00–20:00

You will be responsible for
* Knowing your customers and serving them with passion and pride; giving great natural service.
* Being knowledgeable about the products and services within the store.
* Working across service, picking and replenishment areas as required.
* Following training to work safely, effectively and serve customers brilliantly.
* Making decisions right for customers and delivering in-store routines to meet needs.
* Participating in seasonal, community and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
* Being aware of store performance and contributing to service, sales, waste reduction and profitability.

* Occasionally accepting deliveries into the store.
