We have an exciting opportunity for a Display Planner to join our B&M team based in our Central Support Office in Lasswade on a 12 month fixed term basis. This role is to create and maintain planograms at dobbies. It’s an exciting opportunity to bring to life the product ranges and provide our store colleagues with visually appealing display options as well as commercially viable plans at a micro level. Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic and positive, keeping customer and data at the forefront of decision making while in the role.
Responsibilites
1. Manage category planograms
2. Create and present analysis using space software
3. Work cross functionally with other teams to deliver company KPIs
4. Challenge and flag when potential issues occur
5. Follow critical path and adhere to timelines
6. Present and sign off work as part of a wider cat management process
7. PDF and communicate plans to stores
8. Support layout planning with planogram options and fixture requirements
9. Support compliance in stores through timely intervention
10. Improve and innovate existing on shelf merchandising principles
