The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will be the lead adult in the classroom in the absence of the class teacher. Your main priority is to ensure that students are engaged in their learning and to manage behaviour effectively. Key Responsibilities: Delivering pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects (Key Stage 3 & 4). Managing classroom behaviour in line with the school's behaviour policy. Ensuring a positive and safe learning environment. Collating completed work and reporting back on student engagement to the regular teacher.
