About the Role
We are now recruiting a strategic and proactive Capital Investment Finance Manager to join their ambitious Property and Asset Management team.
In this vital role, you will be the financial cornerstone of their investment programmesbringing together Quantity Surveying expertise and financial acumen to support the full project lifecycle from feasibility through to final account. Working closely with the Head of Assets and Investment, youll oversee a small team and lead on financial planning, forecasting, grant management, and cost control for all capital and regeneration projects.
