Warehouse Administrator Main Duties & Responsibilities: Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence. Managing emails, phone calls and other communication. Data entry, retrieval, and databased maintenance - keeping records organized. Filing and archiving - ensuring documents are properly stored. Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations - using office software effectively. Compiling reports, summarizing information for decision-making. Speaking to customers - addressing queries and resolving issues.Warehouse Administrator Applicants: Candidates must possess excellent computer skills. Candidates must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel. Previous experience in a similar role. Must hold a Full UK License and own transport. Working Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm, 39 hours per week. (Start & finish times can be flexible, as long as hours are covered). Annual salary: £27,923.37, hourly rate £13.76. A full DBS check must be completed before starting employment. If candidates already have a DBS check, this would be highly beneficial.
