So, getting to the point, this role involves:
* New business and existing account development working with businesses such as hotels, café’s, restaurants, airports, independent retailers, contract caterers etc.
* Long term customer relationship building
* Strategizing and executing a go to market plan
* Leading and developing a small team
What are we looking for? To be successful, we’re looking for someone who is already operating in a Sales Management position, ideally selling a product as opposed to a service and one where you’re establishing a value proposition. The rest is all about character!
