Property Manager - Leading company - East Malling

Our leading Property Management client is seeking a motivated, customer-focused candidate to train and develop into a successful Block Property Manager in the Kent office.
Working with an established and structured business with private residential developments in the area, you will help manage a property portfolio in and around the Greater Bristol area to ensure customers receive value for money and excellent customer support.
Responsibilities
* Manage portfolio in accordance with regulations (training provided).
* Deal with client inquiries via phone and email and take appropriate actions.
* Attend client meetings and regular site visits.
* Oversee contractors’ performance and any maintenance issues.
* Prepare and monitor budgets.
* Oversee building compliance management.
* Work with internal departments to ensure buildings remain clean, safe and pleasant for residents.

* Salary £neg depending on experience + 25 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday leave + bonus scheme.
* Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm (37.5 hours).
* Flexible working / Hybrid working.
Requirements / Experience Needed
* Keen to build a career in Property.
* Customer focused and approachable.
* Organised with good time management skills.
* Keen to learn, develop and progress a career.
* Local to Bristol or within commutable distance.
* Driver / Car (mileage/expenses paid).
