Role Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our friendly team in a female-only service in Kidlington, Oxfordshire. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in promoting the wellbeing, comfort, and dignity of our residents, delivering high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each individual’s needs.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
Delivering compassionate, individualised care and support to residents with varying needs and abilities
Supporting residents with medication management, mealtimes, and daily routines, ensuring their physical and emotional wellbeing
Providing companionship and encouraging participation in light, engaging activities, promoting social interaction and mental stimulation
Assisting with mobility and ensuring physical comfort and safety, maintaining a safe and secure living environment
Helping maintain a tidy, comfortable, and welcoming living environment, contributing to the overall quality of life for our residents
Bringing calm, consistent, and reassuring support to residents each day, making a meaningful difference in their lives
Required Skills & Experience
To succeed as a Care Assistant, you will:
Have previous care experience, although this is not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and support
Be naturally kind, patient, and composed under pressure, with excellent communication and teamwork skills
Be dependable, flexible, and committed to delivering the highest standards of care, with a passion for making a positive impact on people’s lives
