Your new role As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing advice, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You are primarily responsible for front-line customer interaction, and you’ll work closely with colleagues across Sales, Operations, Technical Support, and global corporate teams. This is a varied, fast‑paced role where no two days are the same — ideal for someone who thrives on problem‑solving, communication, and delivering accurate and outstanding service. Act as the primary contact for customer queries, offering clear, friendly, and professional support. Ensure customer needs are met within agreed response times and service standards Receive and process complex customer orders accurately, including entry into internal systems (Oracle and SAP). Prepare quotations and ensure all documentation meets company terms and timescales. Support the day‑to‑day running of the Customer Experience department Handle and escalate customer complaints appropriately, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Liaise with Sales, Operations, and other internal teams to support customer requirements. Contribute to a culture of customer service excellence and continuous improvement. Assist other customer service sites and offices as needed. What you'll need to succeed Experience in a specialist customer service role.
