They’re now looking for an Junior Project Manager to join their growing team and help bring these ideas to life. THE ROLE As a Junior Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for turning creative concepts into real-world retail experiences. You’ll manage multiple projects at once — planning, coordinating, and delivering installations to exacting standards, while keeping clients informed and teams aligned throughout. You’ll work closely with designers, technical specialists, and installation teams to ensure every detail is delivered on time, on budget, and on brand. Key responsibilities of a Junior Project Manager include: Managing retail design and brand activation projects from concept to completion Preparing quotes, managing budgets, and coordinating timelines Liaising with internal teams, clients, and suppliers Leading site visits and installations when required Anticipating challenges and ensuring seamless project delivery THE CANDIDATE The ideal Junior Project Manager will bring a mix of creativity, technical understanding, and commercial awareness. You’ll be highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
