* Proven track record as a recruitment consultant in IT 360 permanent/contract recruitment
* Strong business acumen
* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
* Strong screening candidates skills
* Effectiveness in sourcing passive candidates
* Ambitious, hardworking & self‑motivated individuals
* Ability to manage, nurture and build long term relationships
