JOB SALARY: Between £23000 and £25000 depending on experience

Your new company
You will be joining a successful company in the service sector who have an excellent reputation in their industry and are looking to recruit an extra Operations Coordinator to their team due to continued growth. This job is full-time, temporary-to-permanent, 100% office-based.
Your new role
Your role is centred around ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the business by scheduling engineers to attend appointments both planned and for emergencies. This will include ensuring that all information on the job management system is updated and correct, as well as completing general administrative duties for the contracts, including billing and preparing reports.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will need to demonstrate:
* Excellent planning and organisation skills
* Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office
* Prior experience working in an administrative role
* The ability to multitask and prioritise
