Job Title : CT Radiographer Banding: Band 7 Locat io n: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire Start date: ASAP Duration: 3 months Rate : £ 30 per hour Working hours : Monday to Friday An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled and experienced Band 7 CT Radiographer to join a busy radiology department in Milton Keynes. This role is ideal for a confident professional with advanced CT imaging skills who is committed to delivering high-quality diagnostic services. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our client’s patients through expert imaging practice and collaborative multidisciplinary care. What will your responsibilities be : The CT Radiographer will be responsible for performing a wide range of CT examinations with a focus on image quality, patient safety, and workflow efficiency. Duties include patient preparation, operation of CT scanners, and ensuring accurate documentation of procedures. The role involves working closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to support timely diagnosis and treatment. The post holder will also contribute to quality assurance, equipment maintenance, and may assist in mentoring junior staff. Qualifications and Experiences: BSc in Radiography or equivalent recognised qualification Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) Substantial experience in CT imaging at Band 6 level or above Proficient in operating modern CT systems (e.g. Siemens, GE, or Philips) Strong understanding of radiation safety and imaging protocols Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload How to apply?
