Group1 Colchester is looking for a Receptionist. Your role In this customer facing role you will be the first point of contact for all customers that come through our doors. You will have excellent communication, great organisational skills, and the ability to create a warm and welcoming environment. Salary £24,000 (uncapped earnings) What you’ll do day to day Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Accurately record calls & visits, and relay messages in timely manner Perform general administrative duties, such as managing emails and handling customer enquiries Manage customer waiting area and showroom, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment Provide support with additional tasks as required to ensure smooth business operations Your profile Don’t worry about ticking off every single skill here − if you care about delivering great experiences as much as we do, we want to hear from you.
