To support the Maintenance team to ensure that all electricity substations are attended, inspected and all works are carried out to a good standard by our engineers.
This role will support maintenance scheduling for our clients and will schedule the whereabouts of our wider electrical engineers team, to ensure that they are attending sites within the same geographical area wherever possible, for efficiency.

Responsibilities
* Process Inspections; scheduling teams to ensure that they attend and process inspections
* Process Remedial Works; working with our wider team to support the rectification and repair of defects or issues that occur during the construction process
* Order LV/HV labels using As-Laids; description of new assets laid following construction
* Upload job cards; (work orders or job tickets) to our job management system for scheduling
* Developing quotes; for remedial works
* Client liaison; gaining approval from client for larger quotes
* Invoice queries; review any concerns with client and provide evidence where required
* Substation Information; ensuring all details are included in new folders creations for substations
About You
You will be a confident person, with experience of supporting a team administratively and you will have good written and verbal communication skills.
You may have experience working within an industry that deals with maintenance, facilities management, estate management or electrical installations, but this is not essential as full training will be provided.

* A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) Grade C/4 and above including English.
* Proven experience of office administration supporting a team.
* Proficient user of Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Proven ability to organise and control.
* Proven ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels.
* Proven excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
* Proven experience in working with database and online software.
* Proven experience of data management.
* Proven experience within the Construction or Electrical industry or ICP
* Proven knowledge of UK regions, counties and towns
£26,000.00 per annum
Hours:
Monday to Friday, between the hours of 08:00-17:00, 40 hours per week
