Every night as a Waking Night Care Assistant is different, but your impact is always the same – life-changing.
You’ll:
* Provide overnight support to help people stay safe and comfortable in their own homes
* Offer reassurance and companionship during the night
* Carry out regular checks and respond to any needs that arise
* Assist with medication, mobility, and personal care when required
* Support with repositioning and continence care
* Be a trusted part of a close-knit, local team, ensuring peace of mind for clients and their families
