Robert Half are working with a client recruiting for an ERP Manager within Lincolnshire Key responsibilities Own the performance, support and roadmap of core business systems, including ERP, warehouse scanning, route planning, mailing solutions, SharePoint and related platforms. Partner with business stakeholders to improve workflows, system adoption and business outcomes. Ensure appropriate business continuity, disaster recovery, security and regulatory compliance across business systems. Oversee warehouse systems and handheld scanning solutions to support accurate stock and operational processes across sites. Manage suppliers, contracts, licences, SLAs and escalations to ensure quality, value and timely resolution. Monitor business systems support tickets and ensure effective service delivery. Work closely with infrastructure and support teams to deliver a joined-up IT service and one-team approach. Key requirements Experience managing ERP and wider business systems in a complex operational environment. Experience managing system integrations, customisations and third-party vendors. Good understanding of change control, release management, service delivery and compliance. Experience supporting warehouse-related systems and operational business processes. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in a business-partnering capacity.
